Common Refund Scenarios

Before Program Starts

If you need to withdraw before your enrolled program begins, you're eligible for a full refund minus a $150 administrative processing fee. This covers the work involved in enrollment, materials preparation, and roster adjustments.

Processing time: 5-7 business days from approval

First Week of Classes

During the initial seven days of your program, we offer an 85% refund if you decide the course isn't the right fit. We deduct costs associated with materials already provided and platform access setup.

This gives you enough time to experience the teaching style and determine if the content matches your expectations without significant financial risk.

Processing time: 7-10 business days from approval

After First Week

Once the first week has passed, refunds become prorated based on the percentage of the program completed. We calculate this by dividing completed weeks by total program weeks.

For example, if you've completed two weeks of an eight-week program, you'd be eligible for a refund of 75% of the tuition, minus administrative costs.

Processing time: 10-14 business days from approval

Extenuating Circumstances

We recognize that life throws unexpected challenges. If you're dealing with serious illness, family emergencies, or other significant hardships, contact us directly. We evaluate these situations individually and often make exceptions to standard policy.
